Learn to prioritise
Why?
As a social innovator, the more empathetic you are, the more issues you will see around you to be solved. The more creative you are, the more ideas will flow through your head. The more visible your venture becomes, the more others will contact you with opportunities for collaboration. The further you go, the more elements there will be to deal with. The only thing that will not change is the 24 hours you have in a day. If you don’t learn to prioritise, you will soon be drowning in started projects, new commitments and unfinished work. This is a fast track to inefficiency, losing your momentum and burnout. You need to learn to prioritise in order to keep yourself, your team and your innovation healthy and on track.
